The goal of our training

The goal of our training is to teach you how to use your body in a unified and efficient manner manipulating distance and timing as opposed to relying on strength, size, and speed. Training becomes about being at the right place at the right time over memorizing a bunch of movements of applying X when Y happens. The goal is to integrate the movements and a “way” of moving into your structure so no matter what situation arises you will be able to adapt to what is appropriate in the moment.
